Card payments are handled by Paddle, our payment processor. Paddle cannot charge in rupees, so your card is billed the equivalent in US dollars — shown on the checkout screen before you pay.
Questions people ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. BizzFlow runs in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. If the device can open a web page, it can run the till.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. The free plan does not expire and does not ask for a card. Seven of the twenty features are open on it, and the rest are visible so you can see what upgrading buys.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays. Moving between plans changes which screens are open, never what is stored — and you can export your products, customers, sales, expenses and suppliers as CSV at any time.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You are charged for your own plan and nothing else. The sales you ring up are settled in your shop between you and your customer; no money from them passes through us.
Why is my card charged in dollars?
Plans are priced in rupees, but the card network our processor uses does not accept PKR. The card is billed the equivalent in US dollars, and the converted figure is shown on the checkout screen before you pay.
Can I use it in Urdu?
Yes. The whole application is translated, and the layout mirrors properly right-to-left rather than just swapping the words.
